Christine Lily Kessler, Ed.S., E-RYT 500, founder of Nourished Heart School, founder of Blooming Life Yoga Studio + School, adjunct professor at Butler University, author of The Art of Living Yoga, artist, The Energy Codes® Master Trainer, Reiki Master, B.E.S.T. and Spiritual B.E.S.T. Practitioner, Relax & Renew® Certified, YoKid® Certified, Yoga Nidra Certified, global retreat leader. Lily is fascinated by the facets of the ancient, living Yoga Lineage. She sees how this vast Lineage supports authentic manifestation of each person’s potential to live a life of aligned integrity. It is Lily’s life’s calling to make Yoga’s vast and tangled roots accessible and recognizable in everyday life. She has founded and led 10 yoga teacher trainings for 200 and 300-hour certifications, including the country’s first teen teacher training program, Torchbearers of Tradition, certified by Yoga Alliance. Lily has also been a guest teacher for 27 additional yoga trainings with local and international schools. She has focused her work with Dr. Sue Morter to create the international BodyAwake 200-Hour Yoga Training, regularly teaches with The Hot Room’s 200 and 300-hour programs, and leads Nourished Heart’s 200-hour program.
