From Michelle: "I created my Harmonic Sound Immersion™ with a desire to merge my craft as a musician and recording artist with a specific meditative and restorative experience. HSI resembles a horizontal concert, i.e. I bring a selection of my instruments, such as guitars, flutes, singing bowls, gongs, chimes, didgeridoos, rain sticks, etc., to a venue. I set the room up prior to the beginning of the program, after which participants find a place in the space to take a reclined or savasana position on the floor or even seated in a chair. Then, while I create an hour of restorative music, participants enter a meditative state with eyes closed, often experiencing deep relaxation, dreaming, and restfulness."
