The Indiana Holistic Center was founded by Beckie Kern in 1993 with a whole-being, holistic wellness philosophy, creating the first hospital-based massage and trauma therapy program at one of Indiana's largest hospitals, including: Neo-natal massage therapy; post-traumatic injury therapy; and pre- and post-transplant massage therapy for heart, liver, and kidney transplant patients.

Michael is the founder of Nourished Heart Yoga & Training, founder of Blooming Life Yoga Studio + School, B.E.S.T Practitioner®, Reiki Master, global retreat leader. Michael's introduction to yoga began as physical therapy following back surgery. Since that practical beginning, he has come to appreciate the many physical and spiritual aspects of yoga, both on and off the mat.

Initially, Angela began to practice yoga for its physical benefits and stress relief while she was teaching junior high students Spanish and raising two boys. It did not take long to discover that a mental shift was also taking place. Yoga created a sacred space to only focus on herself, to go deeper or modify, without judgement or expectation.
Breathwork, End-of-Life Doula
Wendy believes spiritual energy is awakened through the life-giving force of breath - prana - animating the body with pure Divine essence. It is through prana we are able to heal dis-ease, release blocks and emotions, and tap into our powerful intuition. The connections we make through Breathwork unite our mind, body, and soul as one, awakening our sacred energy and potential.
Carrie is a natural health practitioner and nutritionist with a background in biology, a passion for conservation, and a big love for animals. She is the author of The Little Book of Big Life Change, which explores nine key elements of well-being and offers a wide-spanning approach to regaining balance in our lives. With a focus on sustainable wellness and a special interest in canine healing, Carrie enjoys blending biofield balancing techniques with nutritional guidance to help create and support lasting change.
