About The Event
Feeling stressed, or want to find a soothing program to learn to relax, unwind, and relieve aches and pains? Then join us for this 90-minute workshop to learn how.
This class begins with meditation, to start the relaxation process, and allow the mind (and body) to unwind. With soothing music as our background, each participant will be guided in an Acu-Yoga, which blends the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, yoga therapy, and hatha yoga into a self-care formula anyone can use.
This program is great for the workplace, kids, seniors, and anyone who would like to learn effective ways to manage, stress, fears, joint pain, poor concentration, and low energy. The techniques in this class are a therapeutic mixture of meditation, acupressure and yoga, which will help relax muscle tension, and balance the vital energy of the body using various postures, pressure points and stretches.
