Service Description
Many of the traditional yoga poses (asanas) are physically challenging and require dedicated and focused practice to find ease within them. This class will have a “workshop” feel to it and move at a different pace than a typical yoga class. We will take a deep dive into some of the fundamental postures you regularly practice, picking them apart, exploring variations and modifications and—most importantly—answering your questions! To ensure everyone receives personal instruction as well as the benefit of a group practice, only 6 (8?) spots will be available. If you have been practicing yoga regularly for at least six months and are excited about building your knowledge, try our (weekly/monthly) Asana Lab class!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your time is valuable, and so is ours. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Missed appointments or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 100% charge of the service fee. We know emergencies and illnesses can come up unexpectedly. If you are experiencing a fever, known infection, or symptoms such as vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours of your session, please reschedule. Your health and well-being (and that of others) is a priority. If you experience an emergency with less than 24 hours before your appointment, please let us know and we can reschedule. Also, if you have poison ivy, or any other blistering, please contact us 24 hours in advance and we will find another appointment time for you. Please note: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to forfeit your session out of respect for the schedule and other clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
