Service Description
Sessions are tailored to meet individual needs with the general focus of healing past behavioral patterns, traumas, and emotional scars. We learn to adapt to our environment emotionally by how the body reacts physically to our surroundings. By combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while using the language of the body, we can find roots to our patterns and begin to shift course and change outcomes. In these sessions, we will utilize combinations of approaches including, mindfulness, breath work, meditation, energy psychology and acupressure, nutritional approaches to healing, as well as concepts in Yoga Philosophy to remove blocks and allow progress in the direction of growth.
