Service Description

Massage therapy is manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance a person's health and well-being, by acting on the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems tailored to each individual's needs to relieve muscular pain and stress. This 30-minute session focuses on the neck and shoulders only. For deeper therapy, please look at booking the CBD-infused Clinical Massage or Massage Therapy Glide Cupping for myofascial work.
